The passing of Ray after a long and hard fought illness filled all who knew him with regret and sadness. To quote Wordsworth, "the best portion of a good mans life is little unrememberd acts of of kindness". Rays life was full of kindness to others and I am sure he will be remembered in the village for generations to come.
